2. Data Collected

We collect the following data: • Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access (collected automatically by the server). • Voluntarily provided data: name, phone number and messages sent via WhatsApp. • Approximate location data: detected via IP to display the site in the correct language (no data is stored).

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to: • Provide and improve the website service. • Respond to booking and information requests. • Anonymous statistical analysis of traffic (only with consent).
